Together, they offer the highest-quality web page design and publishing services available.</p> <p>Tom Messina originally created <a href="/totalconcept/">Total Concept, Inc.</a> in New York in 1981. It has withstood the dramatic changes in technology in the ever shifting world of prepress graphics. He is an artist in the traditional sense of the word and is the creative force behind Total Concept. The logo designs, brochures, catalogs, multimedia presentations, animations, ads and package designs are assembled on Macintosh computers using the most sophisticated software available. The work displays a spectacular look that often requires a double-take by the viewer.</p> <p>Frank Wanicka built a successful Internet access company from the ground up. He sold the Internet access business so he could concentrate on website creation. By the time it was sold, the coverage area spanned three counties. He is experienced with all aspects of configuring and maintaining web, mail, and DNS servers. His specialty is website creation utilizing database integration to enable the user to conduct real-time searches for information and make purchases online.
